Home delivery means maximum convenience for your customers. We offer different alternatives for home delivery of parcels so that you can choose what suits you and your customers the best.

In Sweden and Denmark we offer a simple home delivery service where the parcel is delivered during the day time between 8-17.

We also offer a flexible home delivery service in Sweden with an improved digital interface. For example with shorter time windows, delivery both in the day, evening and on weekends, tracking of the parcel in real time and the possibility to choose the day and the time window for the delivery. This service is offered in the bigger cities in Sweden.

How big and heavy?

Weight and measurements

Maximum weight: 35 kg (25 kg to Finland).

Maximum dimensions: length 200 cm, or length + circumference 300 cm.

Minimum dimensions: 15 x 10 x 1 cm for Sweden, Denmark and Finland. 23 x 13 x 1 cm for Norway.

    Packing and packaging

    Pack the goods safely and label the packaging according to our instructions. Make sure that fragile objects are surrounded by shock-absorbing materials to protect during the transport and the sorting. Make sure there's as little air as possible in the box.

    Ordering and collection

    Order the delivery directly in Bring's booking system Mybring, via API, EDI or in your TA system. You order the collection in Mybring or sign a fixed collection agreement with us.

    During the transport

    The delivery time is 1-3 days to most recipients. The parcel is traceable the whole way from the first scan at the terminal and up until the completed delivery at the recipient's place. More detailed information for your parcel can be found in Mybring.

    Delivery

    For our simpler home delivery service, we deliver between 8-17. The recipient is notified of the expected delivery day, with a tracking link, via SMS or e-mail.

    With our more flexible home delivery service we deliver both during the day and evening. The recipient is notified of the expected delivery day and time with a tracking link, via SMS or e-mail. The recipient can also follow the delivery in real time and is given the opportunity to change the delivery day and time for the delivery. For delivery in the evening, the recipient is notified just before the delivery.

Additional Services

Your delivery is delivered to the recipient even if the he/she is not present at the time of delivery and can acknowledge the shipment. The driver places the delivery in the best possible place and the recipient does not have to pick it up himself or book a new delivery.

Bring is responsible for delivering the goods in accordance with the written instructions in EDI and on the transport label. If there are no written instructions, delivery takes place, if possible, outside the door at the specified address. In cases where instructions cannot be followed or the driver deems that delivery cannot take place in a safe manner, the consignment may be returned to the sender. Flex Delivery can be used in combination with the services and destinations below.

The claim for compensation for the parcel or pallet expires when the parcel or pallet has been processed and delivered in accordance with the applicable conditions. In cases where the customer can document that any loss or damage has occurred during Bring's handling, Bring's general terms of service apply.

For you who want your home delivery parcels to be delivered to the recipient with a signature. The possibility of flexible delivery without an acknowledgement of receipt is blocked. The driver requires a signature at the time of delivery.

Being able to easily send both smaller parcels and large, heavy goods in return is as important as it is obvious when something has gone wrong. You can choose whether your recipient should carry the item to the street level when the driver arrives or if you want to order a return with delivery.

If something went wrong with a delivery, e.g. the wrong color on the armchair, you buy an exchange return. Then the driver takes the return with him at the same time as the delivery of the new one takes place.
