Improvements for home deliveries in Sweden
Home delivery of parcels
- Change delivery date: For home deliveries that require the recipient to be present, for example for signature or age verification, the recipient can easily change the date.
- Automatic rescheduling: If we are unable to deliver and the parcel cannot be left at the delivery location, the recipient will automatically receive a new delivery date - which can be changed if necessary.
Home delivery of heavier goods
- Signature becomes standard: Senders who previously purchased a signature requirement for heavy home deliveries will normally no longer need to do so.
- Contactless delivery: The recipient can choose to have the shipment cancelled and delivered without presence or signature. For this to be possible, no additional services that require someone to be present, such as a signature requirement or ID check, may be booked.
