Changed storage period for parcel lockers
From October 1, 2026, we are changing the standard storage period for our parcel lockers from 7 to 4 days, with the option to extend it by an additional 3 days at no extra cost in the Bring app or via our recipient interface.
The change is expected to free up space for new parcels more quickly and increase availability, making it possible for more recipients to have their parcel delivered to their preferred parcel locker, both during periods with higher parcel volumes and throughout the rest of the year.
