Redirect to a pickup point or parcel locker

These terms apply when you, as recipient, choose to redirect a parcel to a pickup point or parcel locker, including changing from home delivery or to another delivery point.

When you order and agree to redirect a parcel, you give Bring E-commerce & Logistics AB, reg no. 556546-4939, permission to deliver the parcel to the selected delivery point and to process the necessary personal data for this purpose. The order is binding and cannot be cancelled.

The parcel will be delivered directly to the selected delivery point. No home delivery will be carried out. Notification will be sent digitally when the parcel is ready to collect. The parcel is available for collection for seven (7) days before it is returned.

Pickup point

The parcel is handed out to the recipient upon presentation of notification/pickup code and valid ID, or a QR code via the Bring app or website. BankID is required to access the QR code. Collection by another person is possible if the recipient shares the QR code, or if the person collecting shows both their own and the recipient’s ID.

Parcel locker

The locker opens with a PIN code or via the Bring app. In some cases, BankID may be required. If someone else is to collect the parcel, the PIN code or app information can be shared.

Other

Parcels larger than 60 × 50 × 44 cm will be delivered to a manned pickup point. If the selected pickup point is full, or if obstacles outside Bring’s control occur, the parcel may be delivered to a nearby pickup point. When redirecting from home delivery, and if the parcel is longer than 150 cm or weighs more than 20 kg, delivery will follow the originally booked home delivery.
