  • Choice of collection point

    Let recipients choose the collection point that suits them best. We have over 1,400 collection points in Sweden and 6,000 in the whole of the Nordic region.

  • Returns

    Give your customers the option of returning their parcels easily. In the case of home delivery, for example, the driver can take away the return when delivering new goods.

  • Self-service collection - storage

    Offer your customer the option of picking up larger goods from one of our terminals.

  • Insurance

    Sometimes parcels disappear or get damaged on their way to the recipient. We therefore recommend that you take out our additional Cargo Insurance policy. Compensation is based on the actual value of the shipment and you do not have to pay an excess. We compensate for sums up to:

    • SEK 100,000 or EUR 10,000 for your parcels
    • SEK 1,000,000 or EUR 100,000 for your pallets

    If you do not have Cargo Insurance, your right to compensation will be examined in accordance with the provisions of NSAB 2015. Compensation is only granted if Bring Parcels AB has caused the damage and the level of compensation is based on an amount per kilo – regardless of the value of the parcel’s contents. Compensation is 8.33 SDR* per kilo for freight transport by road and 17 SDR per kilo for air freight.

    An insurance policy can be taken out for each individual parcel and pallet. Full compensation is paid for the value of the shipment and you do not have to pay an excess. It is the insured party who specifies the value of the shipment and this should be based on the cost of the goods and any commercial profit. This means that if you insure your cargo for up to SEK 1000, for example, this should include the invoice value, freight, insurance premium, any profit and customs duty.

    The maximum amount insured for parcels is SEK 100,000 or EUR 10,000 and SEK 1,000,000 or EUR 100,000 for pallets.
     

    NB!

    Cargo Insurance can be signed for

    • All types of permitted items, apart from mobile phones, wine, tobacco, spirits, refrigerated, frozen and perishable goods or goods that are already damaged.
    • For shipments to and from all countries, except Iran, Iraq and Afghanistan.

    You can choose to pay a fixed price for each individual item. The price varies depending on whether the item is shipped to Europe or to the rest of the world. The premium is the same regardless of the item's value.     You can also choose to insure all your parcels and pallets for the next year. Then each package and pallet will be automatically insured when you send them with Bring Parcels AB. Agreement on a full-year insurance policy is written at the same time as your customer contracts and the premium for full-year insurance is calculated on the total value of the parcels and pallets that you send with us for a year. The premium is divided up and added into the price of each package or pallet you send. To make a full-year insurance you sign an insurance contract with your sales representative.

  • Cash On Delivery

    The rules in each country are different. Read through the information below and check what rules apply to labelling for the country to which you are sending the parcel.

    The Cash On Delivery service can be combined with

    • Business Parcel to the Faroe Islands and Greenland
    • Business Parcel Bulk to Finland, Norway, Iceland and the Faroe Islands
    • PickUp Parcel to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and within Sweden
    • PickUp Parcel Bulk to Finland, Norway, Sweden, the Faroe Islands and Iceland
    • PickUp Parcel Budget to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

    When you use the Cash On Delivery service, select COD in the system you use to print out your transport labels and EDI so that it is specified on the transport label that the parcel should be delivered with Cash On Delivery. The transport label should contain the COD triangle, COD amount, your account number and a payment reference.

    For Iceland, a payment slip should be filled in and placed in a plastic pocket that is then attached to the parcel. Other countries do not require a payment slip for parcels.

    If the parcel is delivered without payment of the COD amount being settled, Bring Parcels AB is responsible for the entire COD amount, assuming that the parcel has been marked in accordance with the applicable rules and that the EDI file has been transferred at the time of shipment with the relevant information.

    If necessary, it is possible to change or delete incorrect COD amounts for a fee on the condition that the parcel has not yet been delivered to the recipient. Fill in our form and send it to Bring Customer Service and we will help you.
    Bank account (COD account) with OCR

    An account with OCR means that you as the payment recipient automatically receive a statement from your bank with information about which of your customers have paid a COD amount. This information always contains a COD reference showing which customer has paid the COD amount to you. The COD reference consists of several numbers, the last of which is a control number. Information about how to generate the control number is provided by your bank.
    Bank account (COD account) without OCR:

    An account without OCR means that you as the payment recipient will not automatically receive a statement from your bank. Instead you will receive a copy of the payment slip where you can see which COD amount has been paid. If you also want to have a COD reference, you can use a free text field. An example of free text is the invoice number.

    Creditor number

    The creditor number consists of eight digits and is used only when you send a COD parcel to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Always inform your contact person at Bring Parcels of this number as it must be printed on the payment slip.

  • Notification - eNotification

    This additional service allows you via SMS and / or e-mail to notify your recipient that the package is on the way, and the date and place of delivery. The message means that the receiver quicker will get the information that the package is delivered to the service center and thus the receiver can pick up their shipment without delay. In cases where the package is delivered to the recipient's door, the message indicates when the delivery will be made to the recipient's address. Recipients can thus more easily plan their activities in connection with the delivery.

    You order the service easily by selecting additional services in Mybring or another EDI-supported TA system. By entering the recipient's mobile number and / or e-mail address, we will send a text message / e-mail instead of a traditional mail notification.

    For packages to individuals the message is sent when the package is delivered to the delivery point, or loaded onto delivery vehicles for home delivery. For unclaimed packages a SMS reminder is sent that the receiver has a package to pick up, this is sent on day 6 and day 12. If the recipient does not pick up his package, a SMS is sent on day 14 with information that the package has been returned. When the recipient's mobile phone number is missing or entered in an incorrect format; a notification is sent to the recipient with a fee for mail notification.

  • Customs

    When you use this service, you send us the information in your commercial invoice in a file when your shipment is picked up. The EDI file is then sent on to Norway so the goods can be cleared as soon as they arrive in Oslo. They are then rapidly distributed to your recipients, no matter the destination in Norway.
    To use this service, we require that you send your customs clearance information via EDI. You must use one of the file formats for EDI transfer provided by Bring Parcels.

    This service is most cost effective if you send more than 50 different lines of goods per shipment. Paper copies of the commercial invoice or necessary customs documentation must always be attached to the actual shipment. In the event of deviations from the agreed guidelines, deviation costs are charged according to the agreement.   • Flex Delivery

    Your parcel will be delivered to the recipient, even if the recipient is not there at the time of delivery to sign for the shipment. You can specify an alternative delivery location on the transport label, e.g. “Can be placed under the stairs” and if the recipient is not there, the driver will follow the alternative instructions instead. This means that the recipient receives the parcel more quickly because they do not need to go to another address to pick it up.

    The service requires the shipment to be labelled with Bring’s own transport label for Flex Delivery, that you are able to use EDI (electronic data transfer) and that you sign up for the service.

    Bring Parcels is responsible for delivery of the goods in accordance with the written instructions in the EDI and on the transport label. Thereafter the responsibility for the goods is transferred to the recipient. If there are no instructions or it is not possible to follow the instructions for some reason, the shipment is returned to the sender. The services with which Flex Delivery can be combined and the countries to which it can be sent are listed below.

    No compensation is provided for loss or damage if the parcel is processed and delivered in accordance with the sender's instruction. Otherwise, Bring's general terms and conditions apply if the customer or the customer's customer can document that loss or damage has occurred while the shipment was in Bring's custody.
