Complaint parcels and pallets

To facilitate speedy complaint processing, please attach an invoice to prove the value of the cargo as well as photos if the cargo has been damaged. You will receive a confirmation letter when the complaint has been entered in our system. If you are the recipient, please contact the sender regarding your complaint.
